Auxadix acquires Afiens Legal

Auxadi has completed the acquisition of Afiens Legal, alternative legal service provider, integrating its CEO and founder, Lorena Salamanca, Santiago Torrejón, and the entire Afiens team, into its structure.

Following the acquisition, Lorena Salamanca will assume the leadership of the Legal Secretarial Services (CoSec) and paralegal services division at Auxadi. Her mission will be to promote the internationalization of these areas in the more than 50 markets in which the firm operates, consolidating its professional services offering.

Auxadi’s investment responds to its growth strategy to build the best professional services firm in all the countries where it offers its services, as already happened with the integration of Resolve in 2021 in Costa Rica, Guatemala, Nicaragua, El Salvador and Honduras, or that of DMS in the Netherlands in 2023.

Afiens Legal

Afiens was founded in 2012 by Lorena Salamanca, in Madrid, Spain, and has a team of 25 people. Since its inception, it has established itself as a leading and recognized alternative legal services provider (ALSP).

Auxadi

Auxadi, managed by Victor Salamanca Jr. since 2009, was founded by Victor Salamanca Sr. in 1979 in Madrid. In the last 15 years and under the leadership of the second generation, Auxadi has grown from operating in Spain and Portugal, to having operations in more than 50 countries, with subsidiaries in 22 jurisdictions. Auxadi currently serves more than 1,300 clients, multinationals or subsidiaries of real estate investment funds. With nearly 300 employees, it specializes in becoming the international extension of its clients’ accounting and payroll departments, thanks to your technology and processes.

Commenting on the announcement, Victor Salamanca Jr, CEO of Auxadi, said: “When we analyzed the market, it was clear to all of us that the best alternative was to work with Lorena, Santiago and Afiens. Their excellent quality of service, their recognition in the market, their customer-centric culture and their focus on technology and processes have always impressed us. To be able to work together is a source of pride that will reinforce Auxadi’s positioning in the market”.
