Auren integrates Cerejeira Namora Marinho Falcão in Portugal

As Iberian Lawyer can anticipate Auren has integrated the Portuguese law firm Cerejeira Namora Marinho Falcao (CNMF).

Cerejeira Namora Marinho Falcão will be integrated incorporating a team of more than 80 professionals and will also become part of Auren’s international network, ANTEA. With the integration, Auren will be able to reinforce the support and expand the team and the offer of legal services to all clients in Iberia.

CNMF is a 30 year old firm with offices in Lisbon, Porto and Madeira. It is known for its expertise in litigation, although it covers all practice areas in legal advice for different industries and markets.

As a result of the operation, Auren will now offer audit, consulting and legal services with a team of around 200 professionals in Portugal.

Mario Alonso, chairman of Auren, has stated that the agreement “consolidates and strengthens Auren as one of the main firms of reference in the Portuguese market”, and added that “the union of both teams, together with those that were already part of Auren in Portugal, will reinforce our presence in the Portuguese market”, and has added that “the union of both teams, together with those that were already part of Auren in Portugal, will reinforce our presence in the Portuguese market”.
