Auren gathers Legal Experts to Discuss Insurance Sector changes
Auren recently hosted the Foro Legal Seguros, bringing together industry professionals to explore the latest legislative changes impacting the insurance sector. Key topics included new regulations on customer claims and the role of a new supervisory authority within the Financial Customer Protection Act.
The event featured insights from Inmaculada Roldán, partner and head of Auren Legal’s Insurance department, along with contributions from Lázaro Cuesta of UNESPA, Ricardo Martínez of D.A. Defensor, and Juan Bataller, professor of Commercial Law at the University of Valencia.
