The alternative legal services firm, Attolón, has incorporated Vasco Leal Cardoso as
partner in the commercial and tax area. Vasco Leal is a lawyer graduated from the University of Porto with extensive experience in international transactions, real estate and tax. He has also studied at Columbia University School of Law in New York, as well as at ISDE.
Carlos Guerrero, ceo of Attolón highlights, “with the incorporation of Vasco we continue with our firm’s internationalisation roadmap, as we have already done in Mexico and Chile. Portugal has a very relevant role and we believe that Vasco Leal is aligned with the high level of service and quality that our customers expect. It is key to comply with our strategy and have local lawyers and structure a key department for national and international operations, as well as advising large estates and Spanish companies who want to settle in Portugal.”
