Asier Guezuraga new partner ‘Of Counsel’ of Euskaltax

Euskaltax has adapted its service portfolio by expanding into new professional practice areas, including a strategic partnership with Ranga Corporate, a firm specializing in corporate services. This collaboration introduces financial and strategic consulting, corporate financial advisory in M&A operations, and access to both banking and alternative financial funds.

In this new stage, Asier Guezuraga becomes partner ‘Of Counsel’. With a degree in Economic Law from the University of Deusto and a Master’s Degree in Business Tax Consultancy from the Instituto de Empresa, he is, together with Eduardo Ranedo and José González, a founding partner of Euskaltax. With a career dedicated to tax advisory and fiscal education, Guezuraga continues to lead the firm into its next phase of growth.
