Arthrex Medical incorporates Hugo de Almeida Pinho as Head of Legal & Compliance for EMEA West
Arthrex Medical has hired Hugo de Almeida Pinho as Head of Legal & Compliance for EMEA West. He joins from Siemens Healthineers Portugal where he held the position of General Counsel and Head of Compliance and Data Privacy.
Hugo de Almeida Pinho
Formerly General Counsel and Head of Compliance and Data Privacy at Siemens Healthineers Portugal. He was also responsible for data protection issues for Southern Europe and antitrust compliance issues for the EMEA region.
He has more than ten years of experience in major law firms and multinational companies, which has provided him with experience in the Health Sciences and Manufacturing sectors, as well as in Portuguese-speaking African countries. He also has relevant experience in the field of personnel management, as a Human Resources manager and as a guest lecturer in executive training.
With a background in both business and law, he has been recognized with several individual and team awards for his roles at Siemens Healthineers. He is also entrepreneurially minded and is founder of the real estate investment company AP Investment Group.
