Araoz & Rueda appoints Laura Vintanel as partner

Araoz & Rueda has appointed Laura Vintanel, until now senior associate of the firm, as a new partner of the corporate Department

Vintanel (pictured) joined the firm in 2011 from the legal department of Grupo T-Solar. She has extensive experience advising national and multinational companies on legal and corporate matters, focusing mainly on the area of Energy Law. In this field, advises on all kinds of corporate issues, as well as those directly related to the regulatory aspects of renewable energy project acquisition and financing operations (mainly photovoltaic and wind power).
