A&O Shearman advises Osaka Gas on Saggas stake to Enagás
A&O Shearman has advised Osaka Gas on the sale of a 20% stake in the Saggas regasification plant, located in Sagunto (Valencia), to Enagás.
The Saggas terminal is one of Spain’s principal liquefied natural gas (LNG) regasification facilities and plays an important role in the country’s gas infrastructure network. Located in the Port of Sagunto, the plant is a strategic asset within the Iberian energy market and contributes to the security and diversification of gas supply.

A&O Shearman advised Osaka Gas on the corporate, regulatory and tax aspects of the transaction.
