Andersen Tax & Legal opens in Portugal with Nobre Guedes, Mota Soares merger

Andersen Global has announced the launch of a new operation in Portugal following the incorporation of Lisbon law firm Nobre Guedes, Mota Soares & Associados (NGMS).

NGMS joins Andersen Global as a member firm and will adopt the name Andersen Tax & Legal.

As a result of the merger, a 30-strong team from NGMS will join Andersen Tax & Legal. The team’s expertise includes corporate, tax, EU, labour, and public law, as well as litigation, banking, intellectual property and real estate.
