Gómez-Acebo & Pombo instructed by Seaya Ventures on Clicars sale

Gómez-Acebo & Pombo advised Seaya Ventures on the sale of Clicars Spain to French online car sales company Aramis.

Clicars Spain instructed Callol, Coca & Asociados on the deal, which involved Aramis acquiring a majority stake in Clicars.

Aramis was advised by law firms Bird & Bird and Paul Hastings, according to Mergermarket.

The transaction will facilitate the launch of Aramisauto.com in Spain.

According to Aramis, more than 1.8 million second-hand cars are sold in Iberia each year.
