Andersen advises Stay U-nique on Accor deal
Andersen has advised Stay U-nique on its franchise agreement with Accor to manage the ibis Style hotel in Puerto de la Cruz, Canary Islands.
Stay U-nique, a tourism asset manager with 20 years of experience in Spain, has signed an agreement with Accor, which operates 5,600 hotels across more than 110 countries. The transaction enables Stay U-nique, which has an established presence in Barcelona, Madrid, Málaga and Sevilla, to enter the Canary Islands market while continuing to explore growth opportunities in Portugal, Italy and Greece.
The ibis Style hotel is scheduled to begin operations in 2027 following a renovation process. The property will feature 101 rooms, a restaurant, swimming pool, gym, event spaces and parking facilities. The hotel is located near the beach and 20 minutes from Tenerife North Airport.
