Andersen incorporates Emma Muñoz as a new partner in the litigation department

Andersen incorporates Emma Muñoz, from Montero Aramburu & Gómez Villares Atencia, as a new partner in the litigation department. The lawyer, who has more than 25 years of experience advising in civil and contentious-administrative proceedings, comes to the firm accompanied by two professionals: Vanessa Rodríguez, who will have the category of senior associate, and Ana Cortés, with the category of associate.

Until now, the lawyer held the position of director of the Litigation and Civil Law Department at Montero Aramburu & Gómez Villares Atencia.

Emma Muñoz has a degree in Law from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid and a Master’s Degree in the Practice of Law from the same university. During her career, she has advised companies in numerous processes of different types, including contractual disputes, real estate and bankruptcy law, having worked for companies in the real estate, insurance and concessionary sectors, among others.

The new partner of Andersen combines the practice of law with teaching, giving classes in various postgraduate courses. She also participates as an arbitrator in the Moot Madrid, the International Arbitration Competition of the Carlos III University of Madrid.
