Andersen advises Softeca on Groupauto sale
Andersen has advised the founding partner of Softeca Internet, a Spanish technology company specialising in software and internet-based solutions, on the sale of a majority of its share capital to Groupauto International (GAI), a network operating in the automotive aftermarket sector headquartered in Paris.
The buyer focuses on distribution, services and digital transformation, and through Softeca’s proprietary solutions—including modular platforms, data-based analytics tools and artificial intelligence—the Spanish company will become the technological core from which GAI plans to drive its digital transformation globally.
