Andersen has advised The Natural Fruit Company on the acquisition of Hermanos Bruñó.

The Natural Fruit Company is a firm specialised in the marketing of citrus fruits, in which Fremman Capital is the majority shareholder. By its side, Hermanos Bruñó is a leading Valencian company in the production and distribution of fruit, mainly melon, as well as other citrus fruits.

Through this transaction, The Natural Fruit Company is committed to integrate expert companies and consolidate its growth through the expansion of its product basket.
