Andersen advises Inbest Socimi on the sale of three premises at Princesa 41
Andersen has advised Inbest Socimi in the sale of three commercial premises located at number 41 of the emblematic Princesa Street, in Madrid.
Inbest Socimi is an investment vehicle managed by Inbest Real Estate, an independent real estate private equity firm. The socimi, specialized in the acquisition and management of Retail High Street assets, manages properties valued at almost 500 million euros located in Madrid, Valencia, Bilbao and Las Palmas de Gran Canaria.
Andersen has provided legal advice in the sale process to a private investor of the asset, consisting of three premises: a BBVA branch, a BM supermarket and premises with independent access from Tutor Street. In total, an area of 3,311 square meters.
The advice has been led by César Morales, partner and head of the Real Estate department; and Juan Luis Vives, senior associate in the same area.
