Anaford promotes Fernando Antón to partner

Fernando, a senior associate at the Valencia office of Anaford Attorneys, has been promoted to Commercial partner

Fernando focuses on Corporate and Commercial Law, general Legal and contractual advice, Corporate acquisitions, Joint Ventures and Due Diligence, M/A, Real Estate and Private Equity transactions. In addition, Fernando regularly advises on Civil Law and IT Law Compliance.

Before joining Anaford, Fernando (pictured) spent several years working at Garrigues.

He is a graduate in Law and Business Management and Administration from the Universidad CEU Cardenal Herrera Valencia (2011) and holds an LL.B from the same university. He is a member of the Alicante Bar Association.

This appointment is to be added to the incorporation of Álvaro Paniagua to the partnership, after his hiring from Uría Menéndez, as recently informed by Iberian Lawyer.
