Alten Europe acquires Corus Consulting: Advisors
Auren Europe, a company specialising in consulting, information technology and engineering services, has acquired the Spanish company Corus Systems & Consulting Group. The transaction also includes Corus’ subsidiaries in the United States, Mexico, Colombia and Peru.
Corus Systems & Consulting Group is a Spanish multinational technology consulting firm specialising in process management and governance, systems integration and automation, mainly for clients in the banking and insurance sectors. The company operates in Spain, the United States, Mexico, Colombia and Peru, with a turnover of approximately €19 million and a team of around 350 employees.
For Alten Europe, this acquisition reinforces its expansion in Spain, where it already operates in more than 30 countries, with offices in cities such as Madrid, Barcelona, Valladolid, Pamplona, Cádiz and Seville, and a workforce of over 5,000 employees. The company focuses on technological innovation and the development of complex projects for its clients.
