Allianz instructs Uría Menéndez on €250m Madrid property deal

Uría Menéndez advised Allianz on the €250 million acquisition of a building on Madrid’s Paseo de Castellana.

The building, Castellana 200, includes retail space and offices.

The transaction is expected to close in the second half of this year.

Castellana 200 includes two office buildings totaling more than 20,000 square metres. It also has 844 parking spaces.

The building was acquired from PSP Investments and Drago Capital, both of which were advised by Linklaters.

The Linklaters team included partner Javier García-Pita, counsels Adolfo Guerrero, Alejandro Meca, Carmen Burgos and Gabriel Cabello, managing associates Esteban Arza and Ceyhun Pehlivan, and associates Ana Galindo and Maria Nussbaum.
