AGM creates Immigration and International Mobility area

AGM Abogados has announced the creation of its new department of Immigration and International Mobility

AGM AbogadosAGM Abogados has announced the creation of its new department of Immigration and International Mobility at the headquarters in Madrid, due to the growth and consolidation of legal services in the capital.

A few months ago, the AGM Madrid headquarters changed its offices to new and more modern ones, as part of its commercial and brand strategy for 2021-2022. In line with this, its directors decided to incorporate new professionals within the sector in the areas with the greatest growth, starting in this case with the Immigration area. This area provides comprehensive advice to companies, individuals and agencies in all migration processes (residence and work permits, expatriation policies and worker transfers).

Likewise, the Immigration area collaborates with numerous universities and business schools of recognised prestige in Spain, offering both organisational and internal advice to universities and their students, through immigration policies and information sessions.

Marc Fernández de la Peña (pictured), a lawyer specialising in Immigration and International Mobility of Workers and now responsible for carrying out all the actions proposed for the growth of this area in Madrid, said: “The ultimate goal is for foreign talent to have at your fingertips all the opportunities to access the Spanish labour market.”

Marc highlighted that AGM Abogados is a firm with more than 35 years of experience that has an international team of more than 100 professionals, spread between Madrid, Barcelona, Sabadell and Paris and he added: “We are specialised in each of the different areas of law, which allows us to offer a 360º service to our clients. We advise both companies and individuals. It is for this reason that the Immigration area will become one with greater potential for the Madrid headquarters.”
