Adriana Breier Bonato, new legal director at Five Infinitum
Five Infinitum, the subsidiary of Five-E Responsible Investments focused on the development of data centers, has hired Adriana Breier Bonato, from AEDAS Homes, as its new legal director.
Adriana Breier
Breier is a transactional lawyer with over 14 years of national and international experience specializing in corporate, contractual and financial legal matters. She has a proven track record in team management, with over 9 years of experience in team management. Also, including the successful creation of a legal department, which led to her appointment as deputy managing director.
She has been part of the legal team of companies such as Elecnor, where she spent more than nine years. Currently, she joins Five Infinitum from AEDAS Homes, where she held the position of legal manager (financing).
She was also a visiting professor at Unisinos Law School (Brazil), where she taught classes on international contracts, with a special focus on international technology transfer agreements.
