AdCE advises on NFTs Metavini marketplace
Antas da Cunha Ecija was challenged to design the entire legal ecosystem of Metavini, the first marketplace of NFTs (Non-Fungible Tokens) of assets with physical representation, based in Portugal. This enables the producer to disseminate and monetise selected wines.
Metavini focuses on an interactive relationship with consumers, through “claim” and access to its NFT utility, thus stimulating the growth of the ecosystem. It is a Web3 platform, registered on the Ethereum blockchain network, which will also allow access to wines with centuries of history. AdCE was hired to design the platform’s legal standards, establish the marketing Web3, oversee contracting with virtual asset minting vendors and service providers, draft terms and conditions, define therights associated with NFTs and carry out a tax and compliance analysis of the entire operation.
