Act Legal Spain adds partner in litigation

Act Legal Spain has appointed Mª Encarnación Pérez-Pujazón Millán as partner in its Litigation practice, reinforcing one of the firm’s core areas amid growing legal and business complexity.

She joins from Uría Menéndez, where she served as Counsel in the public and procedural department since 2015.

The profile

Pérez-Pujazón brings more than 25 years of experience in complex civil and commercial litigation, having advised domestic and international clients on high-stakes patrimonial, corporate, and contractual disputes, as well as arbitration proceedings and conflicts involving family businesses and succession matters. Her practice spans civil liability and insurance, corporate law, unfair competition, insolvency, leases, and property rights, with direct involvement in procedural strategy and legal direction of complex proceedings.

Beyond her professional practice, she serves as an associate professor of Civil Law at the Universidad Complutense de Madrid and teaches in specialist programmes at the ICAM and other legal institutions. She is also the author of reference publications in her field.
