Act Legal Spain appoints Alejandro Cabrera as COO
Act Legal Spain has named Alejandro Cabrera as its new Chief Operating Officer (COO), in a move aimed at strengthening the firm’s internal management and supporting its continued expansion in the Spanish market.
Cabrera brings experience in financial management and operations within international legal environments. His career includes roles at Kennedys Law and Azsure Abogados, where he oversaw finance, human resources, and management control functions, while also participating in organisational transformation and business development processes.
He holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of Oviedo, with specialist training in taxation and finance. His professional background also encompasses the implementation of management systems, financial planning, negotiations with financial institutions, and the development of internal policies.
According to the law firm, the appointment “reflects Act Legal Spain’s efforts to consolidate its firm model and build the internal infrastructure needed to respond to an increasingly demanding and competitive environment.” Cristina de Santiago, managing partner, noted that Cabrera’s experience in management and his “ability to connect different areas of the business would support the firm’s structured and sustainable growth”.
