Across Legal advises Rand App on the closing of its €3m financing round

Across Legal has advised Rand App on the closing of its financing round. Through this agreement, the Rand neobank has raised a €3 million seed round led by STRATMINDS VC.

Also, Wayra, FARSIDE VENTURES, JME Ventures, Inveready, DFG and Primal Capital have participated in the deal.

The Across Legal team advising on this deal was led by partner Ivan Moll (pictured) together with lawyers, Victor Martin Ratia and Borja Vallejo Daniele.
