Across Legal advises Grupo Tegnair on its integration into Grupo Sasti

Across Legal has advised the partners of Calidad Ambiental en Sistemas de Ventilación (Tegnair) on the transaction whereby Grupo Sasti has incorporated the company into its Environmental Health division, in a strategic move aimed at strengthening its leadership in solutions focused on air quality, energy efficiency and industrial sustainability.

Tegnair, a Valencian company with more than 25 years of experience in industrial ventilation, extraction and filtration systems, joins Grupo Sasti, bringing a high level of technical expertise and a solid track record in demanding ventilation and filtration projects. Its solutions cover the design, installation and maintenance of systems that guarantee air quality in complex industrial environments.

The Tegnair deal is part of a growth strategy that Sasti launched in 2022, with the backing of Swiss private equity fund Ufenau Capital Partners. That year, the group acquired Athisa and Ezsa, two key companies in environmental health and pest control.

With these acquisitions, Sasti consolidated its position as one of the three main players in the pest control market in Spain and Portugal, with more than 400 professionals. The founders and executives of Athisa and Ezsa reinvested part of their capital in the group and continued to manage their respective companies within the group.

The incorporation of Tegnair represents a new step in this strategy, expanding the technical and operational scope of Grupo SASTI and strengthening its capacity to offer comprehensive solutions in air management, industrial safety and environmental efficiency.
