Abreu Advogados instructed by Greenbay and Resilient on €220m shopping mall acquisitions

Abreu Advogados advised Greenbay and Resilient on the acquisition of Fórum Coimbra and Fórum Viseu shopping malls in Portugal.

Mauritius-headquartered Greenbay is a property company, while South Africa-based Resilient is a real estate investment fund. Each company will acquire a 50 per cent stake in the two malls.

Forum Viseu opened in September 2005 while Forum Coimbra opened in April 2006. 

The transaction was valued at €220 million.
