Abreu Advogados advises Vortal on purchase of Saphety Level business unit
Abreu Advogados has advised Vortal – Comércio Electrónico, Consultadoria e Multimédia, S.A., a leading company in electronics, on the acquisition of the business unit of the e-saphety public platform of Saphety Level – Trusted Services
The legal team was formed by Manuel Santos Vítor (pictured), partner and co-coordinator of M&A, António Andrade, partner and specialist in intellectual property, and João Amaral Cabral, M&A associate.
“Through this operation, Vortal acquired the whole of this business unit, reinforcing its position as a leading Portuguese company in the management of electronic platforms. This strengthens Vortal’s offer in terms of solutions for electronic document exchange, electronic invoicing, public and private electronic procurement and synchronization of data between companies”, says the company.
