Abreu advises on the sale of Aquatécnica
Abreu Advogados has advised a group of private shareholders on the sale of Aquatécnica-Sociedade de Construções, Lda., a Portuguese company that develops and finances real estate projects in a wide range of areas, including projects for tourism purposes.
Aquatécnica is, amongst others, the owner of the Hotel Estoril Eden, located in Estoril, a spot largely frequented by golfers from all “corners” of the globe, notably due to its preferential association with all Golf courses in the Lisbon region.
The Abreu Advogados’ multidisciplinary team that participated in the transaction was led by Manuel Santos Vitor (pictured left), partner and co-coordinator of the Corporate and M&A practice area at Abreu, and by Cláudia Santos Malaquias (pictured right), associated partner of the same practice area.
The team also included Sara Ferraz Mendonça, senior associate lawyer of the Real Estate area, and Francisco Mendes Amaral, associate lawyer of the Corporate and M&A practice.
