Abreu advises on Marinha Prime project
Abreu Advogados has advised Noronha Sanches S.A. and Habitat Invest on the planning and development of Marinha Prime
Marinha Prime is a new residential and tourism Real Estate project, located in the southern area of Quinta da Marinha, in Cascais.
The Abreu team involved in this process was led by associated partner Renata Silva Alves (pictured left) and partner Francisco Patrício (pictured right), who were advising Noronha Sanches S.A. and Habitat Invest on the sales procedures of the accommodation units at the Marinha Prime Tourist Development.
Marinha Prime comprises a total area of 2.7 hectares, with 55 units of apartments comprising of one to four bedrooms and is located in Quinta da Marinha, which includes two golf courses, a health club and an equestrian centre.
