A Worldwide España appoints four new quota partners
A Worldwide España continues to grow. The company chaired by Luis Marigómez has just confirmed the promotion, as new quota partners, of another four professionals: Ana Zambrano and Miguel Ángel Martín, members of the Audit & Assurance area, and Miguel Bouzas, member of the Advisory, Internal Audit, Risk and CSRD Sustainability area. It also promotes Mariano Albadalejo, from the Retail Recovery Consulting department.
For Luis Marigómez, CEO of A Worldwide España, the growth experienced by the firm, both in terms of turnover and staff, is ‘the result of perseverance, the effort of a whole team and a job well done’. Likewise, Marigómez highlights that these promotions and incorporations reflect ‘the company’s commitment to talent, as well as our intention to continue offering development opportunities to all our professionals’.
Four new quota partners
Ana Zambrano
With more than 15 years of experience, Ana Zambrano is the new partner of the Audit & Assurance area at A Worldwide España. A graduate in Business Administration and Management, Zambrano has a high level of expertise in all types of audits, both for national and international companies and foundations, as well as in listed markets and in the increase and reduction of capital.
Miguel Ángel Martín
Martín also joins the Audit & Assurance area as a partner. With an outstanding professional career spanning almost 30 years, Martín is highly specialised in the areas of audit and forensic, with the distribution, automotive, services and subsidies sectors as his main areas of expertise.
Miguel Bouzas
On the other hand, Miguel Bouzas assumes the partnership in the Consulting & Advisory area. Specialised in ESG, GRC and internal audit, Bouzas also has more than 15 years of professional experience after working for companies such as Ernest Young – EY or PWC. A graduate in Business Administration and Management, the new partner stands out for his extensive knowledge of risk management and internal control.
Mariano Albaladejo
Active since 2006, Mariano Albaladejo is a partner in the Consulting area, with extensive experience in team leadership, business strategy and project management. With a Master’s degree in Auditing and Executive Big Data & Business Analytics, he is also a graduate in Business Administration and Management and specialises in retail recovery consultancy, process and control review, massive data analysis, contract compliance and profit optimisation.
2024: an exercise in growth
In 2024, the company’s upward trend has materialised in the form of a 20% increase in headcount. Among the recruitments, in addition to new partners and other senior profiles, the incorporation, during the last quarter of the previous year, of more than 20 recent graduates, mostly from ADE, Economics, ADE & Law, or with masters in Auditing, along with other STEM profiles, is worth highlighting.
Turnover
In terms of turnover, Marigómez believes that the milestones achieved this year place A Worldwide España in a prominent position. The company he presides has exceeded 33,000 million euros of verified volume in the financial year 2024 in its Audit & Assurance areas. This new record, which translates into a turnover exceeding 21.5 million euros, has been possible thanks to the growth experienced in all its business lines: the Consultancy & Tax division has increased its revenues by 15%; the Audit and Transactions areas grew by 17% and 5%, respectively; while Consultancy & Advisory is in first place with an increase in revenues of 220%.
