8th Edition Presentation 2024

ART. 1 – Initiative, purpose and period of validity: It is an initiative promoted by Iberian Legal Group, iberianlawyer.com, with the purpose, among other things, of stimulating competitiveness in the business world. In the year 2024 the “Gold Awards” (hereinafter, “Initiative”) are convened with the aim of recognizing the excellence of the main players of the legal sector of the company, for their remarkable results carried out during the year 2023 (hereinafter, “Period of validity”).

The Initiative is governed by the rules indicated below.

ART. 2 -Participation rules and selection: participation in the Initiative is reserved for the legal affairs, fiscal affairs, finance and HR departments in Spain and Portugal, during the period of validity (hereinafter the “candidates”).

– Selection and classification of candidates.

Candidates will be preliminarily identified through submission forms; and based on the results of the research carried out by Iberian Lawyer during the period of validity, to finally draw up a list of finalists including them in one or more categories.

ART. 3 – Communication of the finalists and winners: the communication of the names of the shortlisted finalists and winners for each of categories will take place on November 5th, 2024, during the Gold Awards Gala.

Iberian Legal Group SL reserves the right to inform the shortlisted / finalists more details about the modality of their participation and the development of the Gala.

ART. 4 – Award ceremony: Finalists and winners will be announced for each of the categories during the Gala. The award will not have a financial value, since it is a public recognition of purely symbolic nature.The award will be given to the best finalist by category, who will have to personally attend the Gala and collect it.

If the award is not collected during the Gala personally by the interested party or in the case of a team by at least one management representative representing the team, it will be irrevocably considered as a waiver of the awardthat, and will automatically be assigned to the second best scored per category. iberianlawyer.com authorizes the shortlisted and winners to use the image rights linked to the “Gold Awards – 2024 edition”.
