CMS advises Daimler Truck on FUSO asset transfer in Spain
CMS has advised Daimler Truck AG on the transfer of certain assets of its FUSO TRUCK UK business in Spain to Car Facilities Management, an authorised distributor of Mitsubishi Corporation for this activity.
The transaction forms part of Daimler Truck Group’s global reorganisation of its FUSO business, linked to the integration of Mitsubishi Fuso Truck and Bus Corporation and Hino Motors (Europe) N.V. into Japanese listed company ARCHION.
The international restructuring aims to bring the two commercial vehicle manufacturers together under a unified corporate structure and support their future development.
The team
The CMS team was led by Luis Miguel de Dios, partner, and Jorge Peris Hevia, principal associate, from the firm’s Corporate/M&A practice. Alejandro Taboada Rodríguez, associate, and Nuria Marés de la Cruz, lawyer, also advised on the transaction.
