CMS advises Amundi Immobilier on Sóller hotel
CMS Albiñana & Suárez de Lezo has advised Amundi Immobilier on the acquisition and simultaneous long-term lease of the Bikini Island & Mountain Port de Sóller, a four-star lifestyle hotel on the northwest coast of Mallorca.
The acquisition was made through the Nexus 4 real estate fund, managed by Amundi Real Estate Italia SGR, with Amundi Immobilier acting as adviser. Amundi Immobilier is the real estate management company of the Amundi group.
At closing, the buyer signed a new long-term hotel lease with Bikini Island Port Soller, which will continue to operate the property under the “Bikini Island & Mountain” brand. The operator created the 25hours hotel concept and has experience managing lifestyle hotel assets. The lease gives the investor revenue visibility for the whole holding period of the asset.

CMS carried out the legal and planning due diligence on the assets. It also structured, negotiated and executed the transaction documentation, including the sale and purchase agreement and the new hotel lease.
