EY Abogados advises Euro-Cycles on Depórtica deal
EY Abogados has advised Euro-Cycles, a Tunisian company engaged in the manufacturing and assembly of bicycles, on the acquisition of 100% of the share capital of Depórtica, a Spanish wholesale distributor of bicycles, components and accessories operating at a national level.
The firm’s advice covered all corporate and transactional aspects of the deal in Spain, including due diligence, negotiation of the purchase agreement and ancillary documentation, as well as the closing of the transaction.
