GA_P with LCG on the sale to Audensiel
Gómez-Acebo & Pombo advised LCG on the sale of a majority stake to Audensiel, an international group specialising in technology consulting and digital transformation. The transaction marks Audensiel’s entry into the Portuguese market and aims at strengthening its international growth strategy, expanding its presence across Europe.
Founded in 2009, LCG is a Portuguese consultancy specialising in management consulting and digital services, with a strong track record in the domestic market and a portfolio of clients across various sectors. Following the transaction, the company will continue to be led by its founding and management team, ensuring continuity in its business model and client relationships.
Through the acquisition, Audensiel strengthens its capabilities in business and applications consulting, data and analytics, application modernisation, cybersecurity and cloud, while also integrating the talent and expertise of LCG’s approximately 250 professionals.
The GA_P team advising on the transaction comprised managing partner Mafalda Barreto, as well as senior associate Leonor Rocha and junior associate Leonor Lomelino Machado, in the Corporate/M&A practice.
