PLMJ advises Davidson Kempner, ECS on logistics JV
PLMJ has advised the US asset manager Davidson Kempner and the Portuguese private equity firm ECS Capital on the creation of a joint venture with Magna Industrial, an Iberian developer and builder specialising in logistics, industrial and infrastructure assets.
The new platform aims to invest in modern logistics and industrial assets located across the Iberian Peninsula, responding to opportunities created by the reconfiguration of supply chains, which has led the logistics sector to pursue nearshoring strategies.

PLMJ’s advisory work was coordinated by its Real Estate and Tourism team, led by partner Ricardo Reigada Pereira, with support from lawyers Diogo Neves, Tamara Martins da Fonseca and Felipe Cunha, from the same team.
