CMS advises PragmaGO on Spanish entry

CMS Albiñana & Suárez de Lezo has advised PragmaGO, a financial institution founded and headquartered in Poland that specialises in SME financing through alternative and embedded finance B2B solutions, on its establishment in Spain and on the contractual framework required to launch its operations in the country. The advice covered the incorporation of PragmaGO’s Spanish subsidiary and the adaptation of its financing model to the local market.

PragmaGO is listed on Catalyst, the bond market operated by the Warsaw Stock Exchange, and has been recognised by the Financial Times 1000 as one of the fastest-growing companies in Europe in 2026.

CMS also advised PragmaGO on the rollout of PragmaCash, a financing solution for SMEs integrated into the digital ecosystems of its business partners, which in Spain currently include platforms such as Glovo and Qonto. The tool allows merchants to access working capital financing quickly and entirely online, and PragmaGO plans to expand the solution and establish further partnerships in the country.
