Deloitte Legal Telles on Bruma Europa stake sale
Deloitte Legal Telles advised the shareholders of Bruma Europa, a manufacturer of taps, accessories and premium lighting solutions, on the sale of a stake in the company’s capital to a vehicle owned by Touro Capital Partners. The legal advice covered the negotiation of the quota transfer agreement and a shareholders’ agreement, as well as the remaining contractual documentation associated with the transaction.
