GA_P advises sellers in Deudafix sale
Gómez-Acebo & Pombo (GA_P) has advised the selling shareholders in the sale of the entire share capital of Deudafix, a debt-mediation platform.
Deudafix had been seeking a buyer for the business since late 2025, according to reports at the time. The platform operates in the debt-mediation sector, connecting individuals and companies seeking to renegotiate outstanding liabilities.
The transaction involved the sale of a 100% stake in Deudafix. GA_P’s advisory work on the sell-side was led by Pablo Fernández Cortijo and Jorge Martín, both partners in the firm’s Corporate and Private Equity practice.
