Bécquer Abogados integrates Novit Legal BPO team
Bécquer Abogados has integrated the Labor BPO division of Novit Legal, a firm belonging to the PONS group of companies. The move expands Bécquer’s capacity to provide labor management and payroll services to companies and consolidates its presence in Madrid, states the law firm.
According to Bécquer, “the operation generates synergies between both service lines and represents a natural evolution of the collaboration the two organisations had maintained in recent months, during which Bécquer Abogados provided legal labor advice to clients linked to Novit Legal”.
The team joining Bécquer Abogados was previously part of Novit Legal, a firm specialising in comprehensive advisory services for companies, with experience spanning labor, corporate, procedural, administrative and civil law areas. Juan P. Garbayo, general director of Novit Legal, and Javier Reyes, founding partner and director of Bécquer Abogados, led the process on behalf of their respective organisations.

Founded in January 2024, Bécquer Abogados has grown to approach half a million euros in annual revenue. The firm operates as a boutique focused exclusively on labor and social security law, advising companies across various sectors and combining that work with a Labor Services and Payroll division. Bécquer Abogados operates in Andalusia and Madrid.
