GA_P advises ING on stake acquisition in Singular Bank
Gómez-Acebo & Pombo has advised ING on the acquisition of a 44% stake in Singular Bank. The transaction was carried out through the acquisition of part of the stake held by Warburg Pincus, which has agreed to sell its 93.41% stake in Singular Bank to various investors, including ING itself, Actinver, ProA Capital and other Spanish investors. The deal marks the US fund’s definitive exit from the bank’s shareholding structure.
