Cuatrecasas advises Henko Partners on Quadrante sale
Cuatrecasas advised Henko Partners, QDI and the remaining minority shareholders in the competitive sale process of Grupo Quadrante to Permira, a private equity firm. The founding partners of QDI and Henko Partners will remain as investors in Grupo Quadrante following the transaction, which is intended to accelerate the company’s international growth, particularly in the United States, and position it as an engineering partner for the development of energy transition assets and critical infrastructure.
Quadrante is a consulting firm in the Iberian Peninsula specializing in engineering, architecture and sustainability, working mainly with international clients and maintaining a presence in Europe, Africa, Brazil and Latin America. Henko Partners is an Iberian private equity fund focused on supporting small and medium-sized companies in Portugal and Spain, as well as mid-sized companies in markets with long-term growth trends.
