Deloitte advises on Dental Company reinvestment
Deloitte has advised on the sale process of Dental Company, one of Spain’s leading dental clinic groups, acting for the company’s shareholders throughout the transaction.
The firm advised Dental Company’s shareholders, including Otium, Headway Capital Partners, Alter Capital and the company’s CEO, Francisco Ruiz, on the sale of the business. Deloitte Legal also advised Alter Capital and Ruiz on their reinvestment in the company as part of the transaction.
Dental Company currently operates a network of 130 clinics across Spain, offering a broad range of dental services, including implantology, orthodontics and general dentistry.

The team
The Deloitte Legal team was led on the Corporate M&A side by partner Luis Collado Moreno, supported by director Carlos Javier Crespo Correro, associate Francisco de Paula Díez y Ortiz de Mendívil and junior associate Jaime Velasco Toronjo.
The tax aspects of the transaction were handled by partner Adolfo Gutiérrez de Gandarilla Grajales and senior manager Pedro Colomer Gil, while the public law team was led by partner Salvi Pagès Cuspinera and director Clara Sáez Giménez.
