Uría Menéndez advises Tikehau Capital
Uría Menéndez has advised Tikehau Capital on the creation and implementation of an investment platform focused on the development and operation of select-service hotels in Spain and Portugal under the Holiday Inn Express brand. The advice covered the full structuring and rollout of the vehicle, which is designed to target opportunities in the Iberian hospitality sector.
The platform has been set up to capture demand for internationally branded select-service accommodation across business and leisure destinations in Spain and Portugal. Uría Menéndez supported Tikehau Capital throughout the legal structuring of the vehicle and in the definition of its investment strategy in the hotel sector.
