Luis Ques joins Gibson Dunn in Madrid

Luis Ques has joined Gibson Dunn in Madrid as of counsel. He will also head the public law and regulated sectors practice.

Former State attorney, Ques is the seventh member of the Madrid team and he joins partner Armando Albarrán, of counsel Alfonso Bernar, Asís Martín de Cabiedes, and Reka Palla and associates Alberto Broseta and Mario Pacini.
