Ecija integrates Serte in Pamplona

Ecija integrated Serte, in Pamplona, a firm specialising in tax, employment, corporate, financial consulting, and international advisory services. The operation adds 20 professionals to Ecija’s Pamplona office, bringing the total local headcount to more than 60 and combined revenues to approximately €6 million. With this move, Fernando Rubio and Cristina Rubio join as Ecija’s new partners.

The integration expands Ecija’s capacity to serve the Navarrese business community, combining Serte’s local expertise with Ecija’s capabilities in digital economy, technology law, data protection, M&A, tax, employment, and corporate advisory, states Ecija.

Strategic focus

The merged team is positioned to serve clients in sectors considered strategic for northern Spain, including agri-food and wine, automotive, and renewable energy. The combination of legal, tax, corporate, and M&A expertise is intended to provide added value to companies, investors, and business projects operating in the region.

Arturo del Burgo, managing partner of Ecija in Pamplona and the partner responsible for the integration, noted that “Serte’s incorporation allows the firm to be closer to Navarrese businesses, offering the specialisation of Ecija alongside the local knowledge and proximity that had always characterised the Serte team”. He highlighted the reinforced capacity to support companies and investors in key sectors such as agri-food, wine, automotive, and renewable energy, with a more complete and growth-oriented value proposition.
