Claudia Pino Cañete joins Dueñas Ruart as M&A partner

Dueñas Ruart Abogados has strengthened its corporate and financial (M&A) practice with the addition of Claudia Pino Cañete as partner. She joins from Deloitte.

Claudia has a strong financial background, having advised companies on complex M&A transactions and high-impact restructuring processes. She holds a dual degree in Finance and Accounting and in Business Administration from Loyola University Andalusia.
