Evergreen Legal advises Eurofund on Grotte Center acquisition in Italy
Evergreen Legal has advised Eurofund Group on the drafting and negotiation of joint venture agreements with UK retailer Frasers Group for the acquisition of the Grotte Center shopping mall, located in Camerano, Italy. The transaction involves an investment plan of approximately €35 million and forms part of Eurofund Group’s expansion strategy in the Italian market.
The investment is structured through the Era Fund, managed by Kryalos SGR and subscribed by entities of Eurofund Group and Frasers Group, for the acquisition of the shopping centre from the ReItaly fund.
