Linklaters on Wallbox’s financial indebtedness restructuring
Linklaters Spain has advised Wallbox, a global operator in electric vehicle charging and energy management solutions, on the restructuring of its financial indebtedness. The transaction is expected to strengthen the company’s liquidity position and provide a more sustainable long-term capital structure, states the law firm.
