EY Abogados advises Alantra on two lab buys
EY Abogados has advised Alantra Private Equity on the acquisition of two dental laboratories in Spain. The private equity firm completed the transaction through its dental laboratory platform Aivoriq, acquiring Laboratori Dental Sabadent and Detres Laboratorio Digital.
Both laboratories primarily serve independent dental clinics and bring advanced digital capabilities to the group. The deal strengthens Aivoriq’s position in fixed prosthetics, aesthetic treatments, and orthodontics.
